How to Set an Automatic Reply to Microsoft Outlook 2010?

Microsoft Outlook is the best conversation platform in professional world. Step 1: On the home page of the account click on file tab on the ribbon
Step 2: Option called backstage will appear where you are required to select the automatic replies
Step 3: After the selection replies automatic dialog box will appear on your screen and from here you can choose any option for your set reply that include time range at what time slot you choose to send a message to the received mails and few rules if any you want to apply.
Step 4: Write the message for the reply which you want to appear on the recipient mail after he or she mailed you and then you need to click Ok. The message can be read as “I am currently out of office and unable to respond to your message until so and so date. Please send all requests to alternate mail id. In case you have some sort of emergency please contact me at mention your phone number”
Step 5: With this your reply will be automatically sent to any received messages in your absence
Step 6: In order to turn off the automatic replies you can navigate to the backstage view and select the option of turn off.
