Follow the solutions to fix the Office error 30088-4:
Firewall or antivirus installed such as McAfee, Notron, Bit defender, AVG, Kasepersky, Panda, Avast or webroot need to be disabled to get the office installed on your system. The installed antivirus works as high security firewall protection. The virus, spyware, Trojan horses and malware keeps system secured, safe from entering in the system. Solution 1: Disable the Windows Firewall. To perform you need to follow the steps to disable the windows firewall as it usually responsible for not letting the antivirus installed in your system.
Step 1: Click on start button and go to control panel window 
Step 2: In search box type firewall and click on windows firewall
Step 3: On the left pane you are required to either click on or off for turn windows firewall to be off

Solution 2: Disable the any antivirus installed in your system
Step 1: Open the antivirus application installed on your computer system
Step 2: Click no settings and navigate to real time protection
Step 3: Switch off the real time protection
Step 4: Now you are required to turn off the antivirus firewall
Step 5: Click on yes or confirmation with the prompt
